Counselling for anxiety, perfectionism, and stress

Do you ever feel controlled by your fears and worries? Or overwhelmed by things that haven’t even happened yet? Maybe you wish that you could just turn off your thoughts, even for a couple hours. You do whatever you can to feel more in control of your life, but that feeling never seems to last for long.

You tell yourself that you’ll finally feel happy when you hit that next goal - whether it's getting a promotion, finishing your degree, or finding a partner. It’s hard to celebrate your successes, because it always feels like there’s something more you should do.

Your self-talk is mostly self-criticism, pointing out all the ways you’re falling short. Sometimes it feels like you’re running a never-ending race, where the finish line keeps moving further out of reach.

Registered Doctoral Psychologist (She/Her)

I provide supportive counselling for people dealing with anxiety, perfectionism, and stress, as well as trauma, depression, and relationship issues.

My goals are to help clients:

  • Challenge the fears and worries that keep them stuck

  • Feel more in control of their actions

  • Build skills for coping with stress

  • Push back against sky-high expectations

  • Feel more content with where they’re at right now

My approach is calm and compassionate, with a focus on helping people build on their unique strengths. I’ll work with you to define your goals and then map out a plan to reach them.
